RMUX Agent Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RMUX Agent (RMUX智能体), https://rmux.ai, our APIs and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by KYANXU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("KYANXU", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing an API or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes the organisation.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your place of residence and legally able to enter into a contract. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so by law, sanctions or binding restrictions that apply to you.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure for which KYANXU is legally responsible.
Do not share credentials, sell accounts, transfer API keys or allow unauthorised access. Notify us promptly at service@kyanxu.com if you suspect account compromise.
If your account is controlled by an organisation, the organisation may manage access, billing, settings, retention and, depending on configuration, Customer Content and task records.
3. The Services
The Services may include AI chat, agents, task execution, file processing, knowledge retrieval, code assistance, APIs, usage credits and other features. Features may vary by plan, region and configuration.
We may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of a material change that substantially reduces a paid core feature during an active subscription, unless urgent security, legal or provider action makes advance notice impracticable.
Beta, preview and experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice and have additional limitations.
4. Customer Content
"Customer Content" includes prompts, instructions, files, data, agent configurations and other material you submit or direct the Services to process.
You retain your rights in Customer Content. You grant KYANXU a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, modify and otherwise process Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Services, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit Customer Content and direct its processing. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of Customer Content.
Unless you separately opt in or an enterprise agreement expressly states otherwise, KYANXU does not use identifiable Customer Content to train a general-purpose model made available to unrelated customers. Additional data handling details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI Output
"Output" means content generated or returned by the Services in response to your use.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, KYANXU assigns to you any rights that KYANXU may have in Output generated specifically for you after applicable fees are paid. This does not transfer rights in the Services, models, system prompts, software, templates, provider materials or content belonging to another person.
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-unique or unsuitable for your purpose. Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users. Output may not qualify for intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction.
You must review and verify Output before relying on it, publishing it, using it commercially or allowing it to affect another person. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output complies with law, professional duties and third-party rights.

6. Agents, tools and third-party services
Where a feature is enabled, an agent may access files, browse websites, run code, call APIs or interact with a third-party service based on your instructions and permissions. You must use least-privilege access and review any proposed external action before approval.
You are responsible for confirming recipients, destinations, amounts, permissions and consequences of external actions. Do not authorise payments, deletion, publication, permission changes, legal submissions or production-system changes without appropriate human review and safeguards.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, fail, block access or produce unexpected results. KYANXU is not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at https://rmux.ai/legal/acceptable-use and any reasonable product, security or provider restrictions displayed in the Services.
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, deceive or harm others, compromise systems, bypass safety controls, make unauthorised high-impact decisions or resell third-party accounts or API keys.
8. Paid services, subscriptions and Credits
Prices, billing periods, included usage, overage charges, taxes and renewal terms will be shown before purchase or in an applicable order form.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew for the stated billing period unless cancelled before renewal. We will charge the payment method on file. You authorise us and our payment processor to collect the displayed charges and applicable taxes.
Usage may be measured by tasks, model tokens, compute, storage, files, API calls or other units described at purchase or in the product. Usage records generated by our systems are the basis for billing unless shown to be materially incorrect.
Credits are contractual service entitlements, not deposits, electronic money or legal tender. They are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash and may be subject to usage limits or validity periods disclosed at purchase.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges and currency conversion costs unless the checkout states that they are included.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription using any cancellation control provided in your account. If no cancellation control is available, email service@kyanxu.com from the email address associated with your account before the renewal date. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase charges already incurred.
Refunds, billing disputes and task-credit adjustments are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy at https://rmux.ai/legal/refund. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
10. Confidential and sensitive information
The Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. These standard Terms do not create special confidentiality, data residency, regulated-data or security obligations beyond those stated in the Services.
Do not submit trade secrets, health records, payment-card data, private keys, biometric templates, children's data or other highly sensitive information unless an approved service configuration and written enterprise agreement expressly permit it.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, suspected fraud, unlawful use, material breach, harm to users or third parties, provider restrictions or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
After termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms, remain in effect.
12. Disclaimers
The Services and Output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. KYANXU does not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate or suitable for every purpose.
The Services are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, accounting, employment, safety or other professional advice. You must obtain appropriate professional and human review for high-impact or safety-critical use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYANXU and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYANXU's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid KYANXU for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity for business use
If you use the Services for business or on behalf of an organisation, you will indemnify KYANXU against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful Customer Content, your infringement of third-party rights or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by KYANXU's breach or misconduct.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a claim, please contact service@kyanxu.com so that we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services, business or law changes. We will post the updated Terms and change the "Last updated" date. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, subject to mandatory law.
